Saim Hann Adepticon 2017 Charity Raffle Army

Hey out there. I am back with this year's Adepticon charity raffle army, and this time it is Saim Hann. If you will be at Adepticon next week, be sure to pick up some raffle tickets to try and win. For two good causes - Disabled American Veterans, and the W.D Boyce Boyscout Council. Last year the army raised into the five digits and hopefully we can do that again. 

As for Adepticon itself, I hope to post something when I get there with more information, but for now I will be in booth 57 in the vendor hall all weekend, so by all means stop by and say hello! Plans for the booth are pretty fun, with a little reunion tour of a few of the big displays and a couple other things.

Showcase: Showdown - Dueling Constructs

Welcome to Showcase: Showdown, where I take a break from painting and just have some fun taking pictures with some models I have painted!  My love for modelling goes back to childhood, where I got the most enjoyment just setting things up in interesting and dynamic ways.  I try and incorporate this in every step of army building from posing individual models up to how an army looks displayed.  So every once in a while it is fun to just go wild, throw the rules out the window and pose a snapshot of some random battle in the game's universe.

Hello everyone!

I have been going to Adepticon for five years now, with 2013 being the fifth consecutive.  I have made "Chicago" as it is know among those close to me into something of a personal test of will, creativity, and drive.  Every year I try to top or at least match the year before in not only creativity, but size, quality, and charm.  I tend to take 2 months or so from work and just pour myself into the project of the year right before the event.  It wasn't always this way, so let's begin with the army that started it all.  2009 - just a boy, and a trip to this thing called "Adepticon."
